It is a multilayered expanded cellular polyethylene foam available in thickness of 5mm to 12mm in continuous roll form. The each individual layer, has a fine cell structure and is laminated by a special hot air welding process to produce homogenous microcellular composite having unique property of high resilience with a smooth and soft surface finish.

It is heat laminated expanded cellular polyethylene sheet available in thickness of 15mm to 100mm. The special hot air welding process creates absolutely homogeneous planks to withstand heavy stress and strains of the environment and therefore the product is highly resilient, which subsequently results in higher vibration dampening and shock absorbing capacity. Product is generally available in standard sizes, however cut to size sheets, fabricated fitments and adhesive back sheets also available on request.

HMHD laminate is expanded cellular polyethylene laminated with high molecular high density polyfilm and is generally available in thickness of 0.75mm, 1.00mm, 1.20mm, 1.75mm, and 2.00mm. HMHD pouches, dust covers and higher thickness can be made available on request.

NB: HDPE woven fabric, metallised film, BOPP, AL-foil, polyester film and air bubble film can also be laminated
with EPE rolls on request.

It is an anti-static EPE foam product, produced by compounding special additive, which subsequently increase the electrolytic conductivity and thereby dissipate stray electrical charges on it's surface.

It is extruded EPE available in shapes like foam netting, angles, U-sections, L-sections and C-profiles etc. to meet diversified packaging requirement of fruits, beverages, sharp edged fragile goods and handicraft items.

Paramount back up rods find application in construction industry as a foam filler in separation joints, pressure relief joints and expansion joints, to overcome the expansion and contraction problems arising due to alternate heat and frost conditions, seepage of water and moisture etc. which simultaneously also provide even surface to the joint.

It is a closed cell expanded polyethylene foam, reinforced with a special polymeric film, with zero water and water vapour permeability and acts as an 100% water proofing material with added advantage of heat load reduction. it can be used on RCC/GI/RBC roofs for waterproofing with Bitumen and Neoprene adhesive for excellent bonding.
