		PARAMOUNT-Foil(foil/bubble/foil), PARAMOUNT-FOIL reflective foil insulation consists of polyethylene bubble film sandwiched between two layers of aluminum foil /metallized foil, making a structure 4mm thick.Depending upon the application, PARAMOUNT-FOIL can outperform 3" of mass insulation in all climates. Even higher performance can be expected in hot, humid climates.

		PARAMOUNT-FOIL is excellent as a primary insulation for buildings of all types. Preferred by installers and building owners because it is safe to handle, lightweight and works especially well in limited space. There are numerous applications for residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural buildings. Standard roll size: 55" width available.

GUIDELINES FOR ALL PARAMOUNT-FOIL INSTALLATIONS

		PARAMOUNT-FOIL works best when there is a 3/4' air space on each side of the insulation. (Larger air space is fine but a smaller one

		Reduces its thermal effectiveness.)PARAMOUNT-FOIL should always be installed on the inside of the structure.PARAMOUNT-FOIL will not cure existing problems.

		Leaking roofs, rot or mold situations or other moisture or structural problems should be corrected before installation.

		.Any deteriorated wiring should be replaced prior to installing PARAMOUNT-FOIL

		PARAMOUNT-FOIL should be at least 3' from any heat producing fixtures, chimneys, blowers, etc. NEVER install PARAMOUNT-FOIL directly above lighting or other heat producing devices.

PARAMOUNT-FOIL REFLECTIVE MATERIAL

PARAMOUNT-FOIL reflective installation consists of two layers of aluminum foil/metallized foil laminated to the outside . These bubbles form trapped air spaces between the foil surfaces to give the structure excellent 'R' values. Because PARAMOUNT-FOIL II is also impervious to moisture and air currents, it is an ideal convection and vapor barrier. PARAMOUNT-FOIL's surfaces reflect heat in both directions to keep you warm in the Winter and cooler in Summer.

HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING DUCTS

			Installation Guidelines: Wrap ducts with 12", 16" or 24" wide PARAMOUNT-FOIL. Tape edges and corners with PARAMOUNT-FOIL tape to hold it securely in place and to create perfect vapor barrier.

			For extra efficiency band the duct with 2" wide strips of PARAMOUNT-FOIL spaced 24" apart and hold in place with foil tape. The additional airspace between the duct and the PARAMOUNT-FOIL will increase resistance to heat loss or gain. Works great with round duct pipes, too! Where access allows you may choose to spiral-wrap the duct pipe.

		Its unique composite design consists of layers of polyethylene air bubble pockets, surrounded by a thin layer of reflective aluminum foil that is inorganic, water-resistant, puncture-resistant, termite and fungus resistant, non-allergenic and inhospitable to nesting rodents.

		PARAMOUNT-FOIL is easy to install—it’s thin, pliable, lightweight design is especially suited for pre-engineered and post-frame buildings. PARAMOUNT-FOIL offers increased energy efficiency over traditional insulation products. And it’s safe... there are no protective masks, gloves or safety glasses required. Standard 55"wide rolls can be easily trimmed with a utility knife or pair of scissors to fit any application. PARAMOUNT-FOIL’s lightweight design makes it easy on your building’s design load.
